To enable us to continue in our daily repairs during these challenging times, we are applying the following measures in order to avoid close contact.

1. Appointments arranged by telephone.
2. Prior to the appointment date, please ensure that you have access to a spare key & to the security wheel bolt key for the car.
3. On the day of the appointment please be sure that you are contactable by telephone.
4. Please park the vehicle on the single yellow line next to the green unless you have a Merton resident’s ‘GC’ permit for an adjacent parking pay for our area.
5. We will keep you updated on the progress of repairs during the day.
6. Please note that we can accept telephone payments only at this time.

We respectfully request that parts and postal delivery operatives adhere closely to the government’s safety guidelines maintaining a distance of at least two metres (6ft) away from the staff and members of the public.

STAY 2 METRES (6ft) AWAY FROM OTHER PEOPLE – YOU CAN SPREAD THE VIRUS EVEN IF YOU DON’T HAVE SYMPTOMS.
